Get an unwanted light shed out of your yard without taking on the dismantling and hauling yourself. Dallas Texas Junk Removal assesses small, light structures for agreed disassembly, loading, and removal, including the separate question of what is stored inside.
Not every outbuilding is a light shed job. Send exterior and interior photos, approximate dimensions, construction material, access, and any utility connections. We confirm suitability and scope before work begins. Concrete slab removal is not included unless specifically assessed and confirmed.
Jobs we handle here
Small timber shed removal
Assess a light wood structure, roof, panels, and fasteners before agreeing to disassembly.
Light metal shed removal
Review panel condition and sharp-edge handling for a small metal shed.
Resin shed removal
Assess modular panels and the route out of the yard.
Shed plus contents
Scope ordinary stored items separately from the structure and identify restricted materials.
Replacement preparation
Remove the approved old shed before a new structure is delivered, without implying site grading.
Partial structure assessment
Review damaged panels or a partially dismantled shed for safe suitability rather than assuming acceptance.
Items we commonly remove
- Approved wood wall panels

- Resin shed panels
- Light roof panels
- Shed doors
- Detached trim
- Light framing members
- Freestanding shed shelves
- Empty storage bins

Confirm that the structure fits the service
Light wood, metal, or resin sheds may be suitable after assessment. Masonry buildings, substantial structural framing, major roofing systems, and unstable structures are not automatically accepted as light shed removal. Dimensions alone do not establish suitability: construction, condition, attachments, and the surroundings matter. We do not promise demolition of every backyard building.
Disassembly must match the condition
Panels, roofing edges, corroded fasteners, and decayed framing affect how a shed can be taken apart. The plan should allow controlled removal rather than pulling over a structure near a fence, home, or overhead line. If the condition makes ordinary disassembly unsafe, the job may need a different provider or approach. Specialist utility isolation must happen before agreed work.
Contents can be a separate substantial load
A shed can hide dense tools, stored lumber, furniture, and many small containers. Structure-only photos do not show that additional volume and weight. Paint, pesticides, fuels, propane cylinders, batteries, and unknown liquids are not ordinary shed debris. We review the contents independently so the approved job does not become an undisclosed mixed-material disposal problem.
Backyard access affects every panel carried out
A narrow gate, steps, planted borders, overhead branches, and distance to truck parking all shape the work. In Lake Highlands, Casa Linda, Oak Cliff, or around White Rock Lake, describe the specific yard route rather than assuming a vehicle can enter it. Property protection starts with that route review; landscaping restoration, grading, and fence alterations are not automatically included.
Separate the shed, base, and finished-site expectations
Final price depends on volume, weight, material, labor, stairs, elevators, long carries, disassembly, access, special handling, and disposal requirements, and is confirmed before work begins.
Concrete slab removal is excluded unless specifically assessed and confirmed in advance. Footings, anchors, ground leveling, and foundation work also need explicit scope review. Request a structure-specific estimate and tell us what you expect to remain when the shed is gone.
How pricing works
A dismantled light shed may range from Medium to XL/Full load, with contents adding more volume or trips. Structure size alone does not establish a package price or guarantee suitability. These are starting estimates, not fixed project prices; the final price is confirmed before work begins.

What to expect
- 01
Send photos or call
A few pictures and your ZIP code are enough for a load-size estimate. Larger commercial jobs can get a walkthrough.
- 02
Pick a window
Call to check same-day or next-day availability. Confirm a time that fits your property access; same-day service depends on scheduling.
- 03
Price confirmed on site
The crew reviews the actual items and carrying route, then confirms the scope and price before loading.
- 04
We load and haul
Lifting, carrying, loading, hauling, and standard disposal. You point at what goes; we handle the rest.
Furniture removal planning

Before pickup day (optional, but helpful)
Photograph the structure and disclose utilities
Provide views of all accessible sides, the interior, the roof from ground level, and the route to parking. Identify wiring, water, anchored parts, and stored chemicals. Arrange appropriate utility disconnects and avoid entering a shed that appears unstable; no roof climbing is needed for an estimate.
- Light structure acceptance depends on material and condition.
- No concrete slab removal unless specifically assessed and confirmed.
- Connected utilities require qualified isolation.
- Hidden contents can add substantial weight and disposal restrictions.
- Grading, rebuilding, and landscaping are outside the standard removal scope.
Questions we hear
Do you remove brick outbuildings?+
Masonry buildings are not automatically within this light-structure service. Share photos and details, but do not book on the assumption that substantial demolition is included.
Can the shed contents go too?+
Approved ordinary contents can be assessed separately. Show the inventory and flag fuels, chemicals, batteries, and other restricted materials before quoting.
What if the shed has electricity?+
Arrange appropriate qualified isolation before removal. We do not assume electrical work is part of shed disassembly or that a switched-off light makes wiring safe.
Can you work through a narrow side gate?+
We can assess panel size, disassembly, and carrying distance against the actual gate and route. Restricted access can add labor or make a job unsuitable.
Will you level the ground for a replacement shed?+
Ground leveling, foundation preparation, and rebuilding are not automatically included. The agreed scope defines the structure and debris removed and what remains.
Can you remove the slab under the shed?+
Not as an assumed part of shed removal. Concrete slab removal is excluded unless its feasibility, material, access, disposal, and price are specifically assessed and confirmed.
