Pricing questions
Does a full garage cleanout cost $99?+
No. $99 is the starting price for a qualifying single item, like one couch or one mattress set. Garage cleanouts usually land in the Medium to Large range, and a packed garage can be a full truck.
When do I find out the final price?+
On site, before anything is loaded. The crew looks at the actual items, confirms the load size and any special handling, and you approve the price first.
What's included?+
Labor, loading, hauling, and standard disposal. Items that need special handling, such as certain appliances, tires, or heavy debris, can carry added fees; we'll tell you before work begins.
Why does weight matter if pricing is by volume?+
Dense material like concrete, brick, roofing, dirt, or tile fills disposal weight limits long before it fills the truck. Those loads are priced with weight in mind.
Do stairs or elevators change the price?+
They can. Third-floor walk-ups, long carries from a parking garage, or a service elevator with a reservation window all add labor time. Mention them when you book so your estimate is accurate.
