Pallet stacks take working space away from receiving, storage, and shipping. We remove approved unwanted pallets and assessed broken boards, with lifting, loading, hauling and standard disposal included in ordinary jobs. The scope is built around stack size, material, condition, and access rather than an unsupported free-pickup promise.
Choose a one-time pile removal or discuss recurring pickup needs. We review ownership, returnable pallets, contamination, exposed nails, and the route to loading before work begins. Eligible packaging can be assessed in the same visit, avoiding a separate hauling arrangement for every kind of backroom clutter.

Ownership comes before stack removal
Pooled, rented, supplier-returnable, and third-party pallets may need to follow the owner’s return process rather than ordinary disposal. A branded pallet should not be treated as yours to release merely because it is on the property.
We remove the approved stacks only after the responsible contact identifies what the business has authority to discard, including any material shared with neighboring tenants.
Counts help, but dimensions and condition matter
Twenty small intact pallets do not load like twenty oversized broken units. Crushed frames, projecting boards, mixed dimensions, and loose debris change both handling and occupied truck space.
Wood and plastic also require different acceptance and disposal considerations; photographs should represent the whole stack rather than a single neat example from the front.
Broken boards need controlled handling
Nails, splinters, unstable stacking, and shifting fragments can make a compact pallet pile labor-intensive. Removal needs a workable approach to the material rather than a plan based only on how many stacks are visible.
Unknown stains, chemical residues, pest contamination, or hazardous attachments require separate review, and acceptance is not automatic simply because the base material is wood.
Dock access and ground-level carrying change the job
A stack beside legal truck parking has a different carrying requirement from pallets behind active warehouse inventory. Shared receiving docks and narrow service alleys can also constrain loading time.
Where the site provides a forklift, any qualified operation and loading responsibilities must be agreed in advance; our service does not promise equipment provision or operation.
Paid removal is different from pallet trading
This service provides a scoped removal option, not a guarantee that the pallets have resale value or qualify for free recycling. Ordinary labor, loading, hauling, and standard disposal are included in the approved job.
Repeat visits can be discussed when accumulation is ongoing, but counts and access may change each time, so a recurring relationship does not make every pickup the same size or price.
How pricing works
Single item from $99, Small/XS from $149, Medium from $275, Large from $475, and XL/Full load from $700+ are starting estimates, not fixed quotes. Limited pickups may use smaller tiers; several rooms, panel systems, or extensive contents can require larger tiers or multiple truckloads.

Commercial space planning

Before pickup day (optional, but helpful)
Before the removal visit
Arrange any required electrical, plumbing, or specialist disconnection before ordinary removal begins.
- Pooled, rented, supplier-returnable, and third-party pallets may need to follow the owner’s return process rather than ordinary disposal. A branded pallet should not be treated as yours to release merely because it is on the property.
- Dense materials can require a different loading plan from bulky furniture.
- Elevators, long carries, legal parking, and loading windows affect labor and timing.
- Live connections, hazardous materials, and specialist handling require separate review.
- Scope changes and added contents need approval before additional work proceeds.
Questions we hear
Do you buy pallets or collect them free?+
No purchase, free pickup, or resale credit is promised. The removal price is approved before work begins.
Can you take broken pallets and loose boards?+
Send photos showing damage and exposed nails. Eligible boards and fragments can be assessed with the stack.
Can branded pallets be included?+
Only after you establish authority to release them. Pooled and returnable pallets may need the owner’s return channel.
Is pricing per pallet?+
No fixed per-piece rate is promised. Dimensions, condition, material, volume, handling, and access determine the estimate.
Do we need a forklift?+
Do not assume one is necessary or supplied. Where the site provides one, loading responsibilities and qualified operation must be agreed separately.
Can you schedule recurring pallet removal?+
Discuss expected accumulation, access windows, and who approves each visit. Availability and scope determine the arrangement.
